Unisex windbreaker. One of a kind, with a combination of colors and prints that is yours alone.
Water-resistant and mid-length, with side pockets, elasticated cuffs and hem. Small marks on the inside reflect the history of the reclaimed materials.
Material: reclaimed umbrella fabric (nylon or polyester).
Fit: unisex/gender-neutral, fits up to Brazilian size GG.
The umbrellas we use are recovered by waste management cooperatives before they reach public landfills. The fabric is removed from the frames, washed and sanitized before arriving at the Trama Afetiva studio, where it is selected, combined and cut according to the designs and patterns created by fashion director Thais Losso. The pieces are sewn by a group of women who work with Trama Afetiva, supplementing their families’ income through upcycling and giving discarded materials a new purpose.
