Payment Methods

At Loja da Trama Afetiva, you can shop easily and securely using Nuvem Pago or Mercado Pago. The payment options available for your order will be displayed automatically during checkout.

Credit Card Payments

Nuvem Pago

Nuvem Pago is Nuvemshop’s integrated payment system. We accept the following card brands:

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • Hipercard

  • Diners Club

  • Discover

  • Aura

Installment availability, the number of installments, and any applicable interest will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Mercado Pago

You can also complete your payment through Mercado Pago’s secure platform. The main card brands accepted are:

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • American Express

  • Elo

  • Hipercard

Depending on your account and the options offered by Mercado Pago, you may also be able to pay using your available balance or other payment methods displayed at checkout.

Pix Payments

To pay via Pix, select this option during checkout. The system will generate a QR Code and a Pix Copy and Paste code linked to your order.

To ensure that your payment is correctly identified, always use the code generated at checkout and check the recipient’s name before completing the transfer.

Never make a payment to a different Pix key or to a third party. For purchases made through our website, please do not send a Pix payment directly to our CNPJ unless instructed by our team, as the payment must be correctly linked to your order.

Payment Security

Your security is very important to us. Payments are processed directly by Nuvem Pago or Mercado Pago through secure environments. Loja da Trama Afetiva does not receive or store your complete card details.

Nuvem Pago uses anti-fraud technology and complies with international security standards for processing card information, including PCI DSS. Each transaction may undergo an automated security review to protect both the customer and the store.

Mercado Pago also uses its own security and anti-fraud systems. When you choose this option, your payment is completed in Mercado Pago’s secure environment. You will then be automatically redirected to our store.

For your protection, we will never ask you by email, WhatsApp, or social media for:

  • Your card or banking app password;

  • Your card’s security code outside the official checkout;

  • Verification codes received by SMS or through your banking app;

  • Payments to personal accounts or third-party Pix keys.
