Payment methods accepted by Loja da Trama Afetiva

At Loja da Trama Afetiva, you can shop easily and securely using Nuvem Pago or Mercado Pago. The options available for each order are displayed automatically at checkout.

Card Payments

Nuvem Pago

Nuvem Pago is Nuvemshop’s integrated payment system. Through it, we accept the following card brands:

Visa; Mastercard; American Express; Elo; Hipercard; Diners Club; Discover; Aura.

The availability and number of installments, along with any applicable interest, are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Mercado Pago

You can also complete your payment through Mercado Pago’s secure platform. The main accepted card brands are:

Visa; Mastercard; American Express; Elo; Hipercard.

Depending on your account and the options made available by Mercado Pago, you may also be able to pay with your available balance or other payment methods shown at checkout.

Pix Payments

To pay with Pix, select this option at checkout. Use the QR code or Pix copy-and-paste code generated for your order by Nuvem Pago or Mercado Pago, depending on the option you select.

Before confirming payment in your banking app, check the amount and transaction details. The recipient information may identify the payment processor responsible for the transaction.

To ensure that your payment is correctly linked to your order, do not replace the generated code with a direct transfer to the store’s CNPJ.

Never make payments to a different key or to third parties. For purchases made through the website, do not send a Pix payment directly to the CNPJ without first receiving instructions from our team, as the payment needs to be linked to the order.

Payment Security

Your security is very important to us. Payments are processed directly by Nuvem Pago or Mercado Pago in secure environments. Loja da Trama Afetiva does not receive or store your complete card details.

Nuvem Pago uses fraud prevention technology and follows international security standards for processing card data, including PCI DSS. Each transaction may undergo an automated review to protect both the customer and the store.

Mercado Pago also uses its own security and fraud prevention systems. When you select this option, payment is completed in the platform’s secure environment, and you are then automatically returned to our store.

For security reasons, we never ask you by email, WhatsApp or social media for:

  • Your card PIN or banking app password;
  • Your card security code outside checkout;
  • Codes received by text message or through your banking app;
  • Payments to personal accounts or third-party Pix keys.
