Through upcycling, these materials are given a new purpose and transformed into a completely original piece.
The umbrellas were collected by solid-waste cooperatives, removed from their frames, washed, sanitized and cut by the Trama Afetiva team.
The materials were then combined and carefully sewn by one of the skilled women who collaborate with our project.
